NOTES : APPLE CIDER BASE WITH CHERRIES DURING MID FERMENTATION, FINISHING DRY. THE HIGHER ABV ADDS A TOUCH MORE BODY.
EXTRA INGREDIENTS : BC GROWN AND PRESSED APPLES AND CHERRIES.

THE STORY

After a devastating flood in 1904, enormous amounts of logs were strewn along the banks of the Red Deer River from a sawmill upstream. A “log drive” was arranged by local lumberjacks who risked their lives to guide the logs 150 km downstream to a sawmill near Rosedale. The lumber was then used to construct some of the earliest buildings in the valley.
